✩ 𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼?
I ship to internationally to any country, and shipping is calculated during checkout. If I find there's a problem with shipping to your country, I will contact you directly! However I am not responsible for any additional taxes you may have to pay, like customs, tariffs, etc.
✩ 𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴?
Standard shipping is exactly what it sounds like, meaning I have 0 control over it, there's no tracking, and it's cheaper. I mostly recommend this to those in Portugal, as it has less of a chance of getting lost. Not available for orders that include keychains, lanyards etc. to outside of Portugal.
For registered shipping, if you're in Portugal it means it's fast and fully tracked. If you're from outside of Portugal I can't guarantee fully tracked shipping, since some post offices change the tracking code once it arrives to the receiver's country. However, it is faster than standard shipping! Some countries will only have this version available.
✩𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺?
Portugal! Meaning portuguese orders will have cheaper shipping prices and shorter arrival time.
✩ 𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝗦 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘀?
US shipping will be reinstated starting June 12th. If it's a purchase with only flat items (prints, stickers, stickersheets), there should be no tariffs & it will be sent in a flat envelope.
For other items, the shipping is changing to slightly higher, but that way, tariffs will be prepaid! Also, only registered shipping will be available (please read FAQ for more info on registered shipping).
There shouldn't be any more tariffs after that, but if there are any issues, please contact me.
✩ 𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁?
If it gets sent back to me for whatever reason, I'll contact you to see if it's an error in the address or something else. If you decide you don't want it, I'll give you a refund free of charge.
However, if it's lost during shipping and all the information was correct, then it's completely out of my control and there's nothing I can do about it :( You can contact me for a partial refund or a discount for future purchases if it applies!
