FAQ

✩ Q: What countries do you ship to?

I ship to internationally to any country (except the US at the moment), and shipping is calculated during checkout. If I find there's a problem with shipping to your country, I will contact you directly! However I am not responsible for any additional taxes you may have to pay, like customs, tariffs, etc.

✩ Q: What's the difference between standard and registered shipping?

Standard shipping is exactly what it sounds like, meaning I have 0 control over it, there's no tracking, and it's cheaper. 

For registered shipping, if you're in Portugal it means it's fast and fully tracked. If you're from outside of Portugal I can't guarantee fully tracked shipping, since some post offices change the tracking code once it arrives to the receiver's country. However, it is faster than standard shipping!

✩Q: Where is it shipped from?

Portugal! Meaning portuguese orders will have cheaper shipping prices and shorter arrival time.

✩ Q: What about US tariffs?

Starting August 29th, any package from the EU that enters the US will be subjected for tariffs. At this moment, there's not enough information for me to know what to do about it, and the post office has no clue as well. What you should know is that there might be exceptions to the tariffs, like flat envelopes, etc. However, I cannot in good mind send orders that could end up getting hit with a ridiculous tariff.

I'm staying hopeful that once its implemented, there might be changes or more information on what gets hit with tariffs or not. Once I know more, I'll update this and my Instagram.

I also recommend you do your own research! I'm sorry for the lack of information, but at this moment, no one is really sure what's going to happen.

✩ Q: What happens if my order gets lost?

If it's a problem related to customs in PT and gets sent back to me, I'll resend it for free. However, if it's lost during shipping and all the information was correct, then it's completely out of my control and there's nothing I can do about it :( You can contact me for a partial refund or a discount for future purchases if it applies!
